After creating your account, go to the "Connect Platforms" section in your dashboard. For Instagram, you'll need a Business or Creator account. For YouTube, you'll need a channel with at least 100 subscribers. Simply click "Connect" and authorize access through the secure OAuth process.
How long does it take for data to sync?
Initial data sync typically takes 24-48 hours to complete. This includes your historical posts, engagement metrics, and audience data. Real-time analytics will be available immediately after the initial sync is complete.
Can I connect multiple accounts from the same platform?
Yes! You can connect multiple Instagram accounts, YouTube channels, and other social media accounts. Each account will be tracked separately in your analytics dashboard, and you can switch between them easily.
